Therapy is an investment
Therapy provides lifelong tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies, allowing you to navigate challenges with greater resilience and insight. The skills learned and the self-discovery achieved during sessions can profoundly impact your relationships, decision-making, and overall well-being, empowering you to cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling life long after therapy concludes.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers
Please note coverage can vary depending on your plan and policy.
Lyra Mental Health Provider
I am also a provider for Lyra EAP (Employee Assistance Program). These benefits are provided by certain companies to their employees. Ask your employer if your eligible for mental health benefits through Lyra.
Out of Network
If your insurance isn’t listed, check your insurance plan benefits to see about coverage for out-of-network providers. I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To learn how much your insurance plan will reimburse you for a session with an out-of network provider, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask how much will be covered for the CPT Code (90837). For additional information, see the American Psychological Association’s coverage guide.
The rate for a session $250 per session. I accept all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of your session and is automatically processed through our secure booking software.
Out-Of-Pocket/Private Pay
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session
FAQs
-
Being “in-network” means that a therapist has an agreement with your insurance company that allows a therapist to provide services at a reduced cost or with a portion of the cost covered by your insurance.
Being “out-of-network,” means the therapist doesn't have an agreement with your insurance company. Which means that if you choose to see an out-of-network therapist, you will have to pay the full cost of the therapy sessions yourself. But, some insurance plans allow you to submit a claim with a superbill to receive partial reimbursement for the expenses. It is important that you check your insurance provider regarding their out-of-network coverage and reimbursement policies.

If you're in a financial situation, whether prior to therapy or during please let me know so we can discuss how we can reduce the cost so it doesn't affect your ability to continue with therapy. I will do my utmost to support you.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
-
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
